Shae & Jeff ~ Married! Bedford Village Inn ~ Bedford, NH
Shae and Jeff are a fantastically fun couple! You may have seem them awhile back on the Fotique Blog with their Salisbury Beach Engagement!
Surrounded by the warmest group of family and friends, Shae and Jeff were married at the Parrish of the Resurrection in Nashua, NH.
Following their gorgeous ceremony was a rocking reception at the Bedford Village Inn, in Bedford, NH.
For such a brisk and beautiful evening it was well balanced with a heartwarming and boisterous crowd of family, friends, and good cheer!
Shae had to have some of the most beautifully elegant details for herself and the gifts for her ladies were just as gorgeous! I love the updo with the flowers!
First look for dad! His expression is fantastic!
Shae and her father travelled to the wedding in a vintage Rolls Royce from Grace Limo while the girls were right behind in the stretch limousine.
I love the sun setting while her father walks her in below!
Married!!! Time for a toast!
I couldn’t help but notice that Jeff couldn’t keep his eyes off his elegant and beautiful bride, Shae.
If he did it was just for a quick moment, to give her plenty of kisses!
After the parent dances, the lights went low, the beats grew louder, and the party didn’t stop!

Every now and then you meet a couple that is so incredibly in love with each other, that they just make each other shine brighter and more beautiful when in each others presence. I met Aubrey and Corey over a year ago and for hours we chatted about their sweet story of how they fell in love and shared all the details over a glass of wine. She had everything planned out perfectly and knew exactly what they wanted. From the love birds to the lanterns and butterflies…
I knew they were troopers and fantastic with weather mishaps when we did their engagement shoot in the freezing cold last winter, you can see that here!
What we didn’t expect was a surprise visit from Mother Nature to join us for their gorgeous outdoor mountain side wedding…
Now that everyone was ready we were all fretting hoping the rain could just hold off a little longer. In the meantime we bring you ring security…
There was not a dry eye in the crowd at this very moment…
As the rain fell lightly at first they held hands and smiled at each other, then the skies opened up and they stood their strong, smiling, and just laughed…
It was such a beautiful moment!
The rain held off for the portraits above and then mother nature just couldn’t keep away. Aubrey and Corey still wanted to walk around and get some fantastic images of just the two of them mountainside in the tree farm. I was so excited even though it was raining again! She was so poised and beautiful!
I love these shots below…
Reception time!
It was truly a beautiful wedding, even with the howling winds and wacky weather. There was even a mini tornado that rolled through that night! But cheers to them!
A couple that proves nothing will stop them from being with each other.
Venue: Rocks Estate Christmas Tree Farm
Catering: Harts Turkey Farm
Many Thanks to the amazing friends and family who helped put everything together so beautifully and elegantly for Aubrey and Corey.
The details were amazing!!!
I also have to say a special thank you to my talented second shooter, umbrella chaser, lighting assistant.
She was fantastic and patient with my all my requests, Thank you, Nadya Middleton!
Congratulations Aubrey and Corey!!!
I wish you a beautiful life of love and happiness always!
Laura and Adam ~ An Intimate Rye, NH Beach Wedding!
It was a beautiful day for an intimate family wedding! Adam and Laura’s friends and family all gathered at Rye Beach State Park on a overcast and windy day
for a beautiful ceremony followed by an intimate beachside BBQ!
I’m always a fan of outdoor ceremonies and this day through the fog and clouds just as Laura and Adam said their “I do’s”
the sun peeked through the clouds as if mother nature was blessing them! It was absolutely breathtaking!
I loved watching her father and son walk her across the lawn to Adam who was so anxious to make Laura his wife! His expressions were fantastic!
It was such a joy to have the sun come out and one of the most beautiful beach sunsets I’ve ever seen – just in time for their portriats!
Family portrait time!
Many Thanks to the amazing friends and family who helped put everything together so beautifully and elegantly for Laura and Adam.
From the catering to the details with the shells and the sand.
I also have to say a special thank you to my talented friend and second shooter Jeff Newcum.
Congratulations Laura and Adam!!! I wish you a life of love and happiness always!
I can not wait for your next big wedding reception next year!

Now you will feel no rain, for each of you will be the shelter for each other.
Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be the warmth for each other.
Now you are two persons, but there is only one life before.
Go now to you dwelling place into the days of your life together.
And may your days be good and long upon the earth.
Treat yourselves and each other with respect, and remind yourselves often of what brought you together.
Give the highest priority to the tenderness, gentleness and kindness that your connection deserves.
When frustration, difficulty and fear assail your relationship – as they threaten all relationships at one time or another – remember to focus on what is right between you,
not the only part that seems wrong.
In this way, you can ride out the storms when clouds hide the face of the sun in your lives – remembering that even if you lose sight of it for a a moment, the sun is still there.
And if each of you takes responsibility for the quality of your life together, it will be marked by abundance and delight.
~Apache Marriage Blessing
This beautiful Blessing was inscribed in both in English and Portugese for this multi-lingual wedding!
It was such a beautiful blessing I thought how appropriate to reintroduce Ariele and Ivan who we saw last year with their North Shore Engagement.
Their wedding day was filled with family and friends and so much joy. I was elated to be a part of it!
Ivan was dashing and couldn’t stop smiling every second of the day. His parents, siblings, and extended family travelled all the way from Brazil to share in the joy of his day. Complete with a traditional liqueur!
Ariele had her mother, sister and best friend to help her get ready and there was not a moment without laughter
as they gussied her up in her gorgeous gown and attended to each detail perfectly.
I love this shot below as you can see and feel the joy and laughter in the room!
She was just stunning. Such a beautiful and elegant bride.
It was not my intention to bring tears to these lovely ladies but if you read about their engagement shoot, you may have realized I grew up with these girls in our neighborhood of Birchcrest Estates of Tyngsboro, MA. When I was just 3 years old, Ariele and her mother were the first people I met as I wandered into her yard to meet the baby in the walker and the woman tending a garden.
I had no idea less than 30 years later that I would be the photographer for her wedding.
So you will have to bear with the extended posts of many additional pictures, as it was so wonderful to help her celebrate the day by
capturing every moment, emotion, and and childhood friend.
She truly is breathtaking in these shot below.
There is just something so much fun about a first look. Sharing in the joy and excitement with the family and friends!
The new family!
Then it was off to the ceremony to get Married!
But not yet without a big kiss from dad…
Cheers!
We got a few more of the formalities out of the way and then we took a break outside to get some air where the limo awaited.
What better way than to take a few mintues to toast to eachother, compliments of Grace Limousine and their champagne toast!
As the couple entered the boisterous Reception, the tables were covered in gorgeous arrangements by Apotheca Flowers
and family friends Leo and Jerry Foley played the cocktail music prior to the entrances!
They had to dance the most exquisite waltz I’ve ever seen. I know they were practicing for quite some time, truly fantastic!
My favorite part of the father daughter dance was to see that not only did Ariele dance with her dad, but she invited all the other fathers with daughters and mothers with sons present to join them.
Another break for Dusk Shots!
With all the formalities, it was clear to Mr. Joey Dion of Main Events (below, to the upper right),
that this crowd wanted to dance! Not only is he one of the finest DJ’s in the area but he certainly did a phenomenal job with the uplighting of the venue.
Keep on scrolling through the post to see how dynamic the images get with captured emotion and rockin colors!!!
The evening would not be complete without a special dance between mother of the Bride and Family Friend!
So much energy and love in all the faces!
As I was setting up the portrait of the old gang from the neighborhood, I had to hand over the camera and was asked to join in! It was so wonderful to see everyone!
I have to thank the amazing team of people who helped put everything together so beautifully and elegantly for Ariele and Ivan. When I first met with Ariele she had barely begun her wedding planning, in fact her sister Bailey managed all of the coordination and details herself so I was overjoyed to be able to recommend a fe of my favorite vendors and help her pick her fabulous team.
First of all I have to thank my amazing, talented and very patient friend and second shooter Jeff Newcum . He got so many magnificently dramatic moments of Ivan and his family getting ready. Secondly, I also need to thank my other shooter and assistant Kimberly Jones. I love those additional captures as well as those gorgeous details and extra moments. The both of you helped me make the day perfect for Ariele and Ivan.
Ariele and Ivan it was truly an honor and pleasure to photograph your wedding!
I hope your days are filled with love and many wondrous surprises for the rest of your lives together!

Cowboy Boots. Moonshine. Pigroast. Rugby Friends. Camp in the Woods. Hunting….
This was a quite a mix for a very talented bride to pull of a rustic woodsy wedding with elegance and personal flair.
We first met Elisabeth and David a few months back with their wicked fun engagement session in the woods around Manchester, NH. I was overjoyed to photograph their wedding a few weeks back. Somehow seamlessly, and with he utmost grace and elegance Elisabeth was able to weave all the cool details of their life and hobbies together into one of the coolest weddings I’ve seen.
First look in the wine cellar, he was so patient and she was beaming!
Notice the gorgeous custom Bridal Arch, David the groom hand made that!
Many Thanks to the amazing people who helped put everything together so wonderfully and elegantly for Flisabeth and David.
I also have to say a special thank you to my amazing and talented friend and second shooter Jeff Newcum . He got so many magnificent moments of the guys getting ready. He was able to get those captures of some gorgeous details and extra moments.

Beth & Dave ~ A Red Hot Engagement in the Rain in Manchester, NH

There are some couples that fit so harmoniously together making up perfect pieces in each others world.
You can see the life and happiness they breathe into each other and nothing else seems to matter. I have known Dave for over 10 years and until I met Beth a few weeks back, I can’t seem to ever recall him with such a smile wrapped from ear to ear as much as he does when he is in her presence.
It couldn’t have been more than 30 degrees outside in the pouring rain the day we shot, but the both of them didn’t seem to mind.
They were perfectly content to be just in each other’s arms…
I love the boots and the hats. These two are so much fun!
After getting soaked walking through the woods we headed off to the location of their first date. Mint Bistro in Manchester, NH.
Yet they just kept playing into each others arms…
How fitting they would choose this place as it a fusion of culinary sophistication, modern charm, and tempting cocktails. So of course, we had to try them!
After we left the Bistro we took a walk a little further down Elm St. To hit up their favorite Irish Pub, The Shaskeen.
Who are we kidding here, it’s my favorite Irish Pub in Manchester to!
Yes, it most certainly is getting hot in here.
I love watching these two together. They are everything from fun, fresh, and playful to passionate.
Beth and Dave the two of you are fantastic! It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon and evening with the both of you and I can not wait for your wedding this spring!
Congratulations to the both of you!!!
Shae & Jeff ~ A Salisbury Beach Engagement!

“Being with her, I never laughed so hard or had so much fun as when we are together… I knew by our second date I wanted to share the rest of my life with her.” ~Jeff
When I met Shae and Jeff a few months ago, I could instantly feel the love that they had for each other spread through the room and make any other couple sitting by envious. I throughly enjoyed getting to know the both of them and hearing their stories. Such a sweet and fun couple, they had me laughing all night. Together they have such a fun and charismatic lifestyle that truly embraces each other and their families.
We planned their engagement shoot for the beach between Seabrook, NH and Salisbury, MA. Just a normal day at the beach doing their favorite things; walking, talking, playing scrabble and the day would not have been complete without their just as enthusiastic labrador Jackson joining us!
I do believe Jackson is stealing the show in the images below…
After playing on the beach we walked over to a sandy area and threw out a blanket. Shae popped out their favorite game, and they just sat and played for awhile.
To watch these two interact is pure joy.

The two of you are so fun and refreshing to be around! I can not wait for your wedding next November!

Hello Yellow! Michelle & Chris’s Lovely Backyard Wedding Bash!

Hello Yellow! I can’t get enough of the details and choices for today’s post. I have to give Michelle credit as she put everything together herself; from the personal details to her rocking vendors, she did an amazing job! Michelle and Chris chose to have an intimate wedding with family and friends in a lovely backyard bash
complete with their treasured 4 legged friends Lilly and Tanner!
Michelle made such a beautiful bride, and what makes it more special is that her fantastic stylist sister did the hair and makeup of all the lovely ladies. I love these next images below of her big sister making her perfect and the expression of her father just watching over!
I also love the pre-wedding family excitement with love, hugs and warm affection before the ceremony!
Right after the ceremony there was a special gift for Michelle and Chris from the ladies.
Everyone was distributed an envelope for a beautiful butterfly release right after their first kiss!

Nothing quite like a Tequila toast in lieu of Champagne!

A little bit of a time out below for the beautiful couple. We just had to utilize this amazing draping apple tree!

Michelle and Chris, congratulations to you both! I wish for you a life of love, happiness and adventure!
Also a big Kudos to the rocking Vendors who helped Michelle put everything together so beautifully!

Sarah & Mike’s Mountainside Wedding at Pat’s Peak!
My favorite time of year just begins at the end of summer when the days are starting to get shorter, the heat has faded, the air is crisp in the mornings and evenings with just enough difference to let you know something exciting is happening very soon!
It begins the most romantic time of the year! The best place to embrace the end of summer are the gorgeous Mountains in New Hampshire! Ok, I’m a little biased here, but I’m sure Sarah and Mike, who we met a few months back in A Woodsy Engagement Post, completely agree and chose Pat’s Peak Banquet Center for the gorgeous backdrop of their Pink and Green Mountainside Wedding! It was such a beautiful day as the skies cleared up just in time for the outdoor ceremony.
Check out some of thing amazing details! I can’t get enough of the colors against the birch and rustic interiors!
Sarah getting ready in the beautiful window light with all the girls was just gorgeous, a great job by Stacy Paige
from Walking in Style Salon in Goffstown, NH for her superb updo!
I even almost got teary after her mom wrapped her arms around her right before the ceremony and gave her a very emotional hug before sending her down the aisle!

Mike was great, he was so excited and did not take his eyes off the door waiting for his beautiful bride to be to walk down to him!
The setting…just gorgeous!
Sarah’s mom started the Ceremony off with a beautiful song to Sarah and Mike, From this Moment On by Shania Twain.
I don’t think there was a dry eye on the mountain! Stunning and beautiful barely covers it!

And introducing… Mr. and Mrs. Laponsie…
and the Bridal Party!
I just love the wind blowing up on the Mountain with nothing but clouds and fresh air and romance.
This has got to be one of the coolest wedding cakes from Jacques’ Fine European Pastries I’ve ever seen, elegant, natural matching the couple and the day with such exquisite taste!
What a fantastic night of Love, Laughter, and dancing.
The crowd was great, so lively and excited, and one of my Favorite DJ’s Dave Nadeau from Main Event got the party rocking from the very first dance all the way through, what a spectacular time!
Congratulations Sarah and Mike! I wish you a life full of happiness joy and love! Thank you so much for having me capture your wedding day!
